Harbour Elementary School (Japanese name: Juuban Elementary School) -- The elementary school that Rini (Japanese name: Chibi Usa) attends in the 20th century. Emerald (Japanese name: Esmeraude) attempts to fill the school and area with dark energy. (Sailormoon R North American Episode #74, Japanese Episode #81)

Haruka, Ten'ou

Haruna Sakurada (North American name: Patricia Haruna) -- She is Usagi's (North American name: Serena) teacher in Juuban Junior High School (North American name: Crossroads Junior High).

Hawks Eye -- One of the Dead Moon Circus villians. He is the one with short hot pink hair. (Sailor Moon Supers)

Healer Star Power, Make Up -- This is the phrase used by Yaten Kou to transform into Sailor Star Healer. (Sailor Stars)

Henshin Stick (North American name: Transformation Pen) -- The girls each have a pen that allows them to transform into a Sailor Senshi, except Usagi (North American name: Serena). She has a brooch to transform into Sailor Moon. Her Transformation Pen is used to disguise as other people.

Hercules the Cat -- This is a big blue cat that is one of the carriers of the Rainbow Crystals (Japanese name: Nijizuishou). His crystal is violet. He rescues Luna from a huge gang of mean alley cats and ends up having a kitty-crush on her. When Zoisite takes the crystal from him, he is turned into a monster (Japanese name: youma) named Bakene (Japanese name: He's not given one). Hikawa Shrine (North American name: Cherry Hill Temple) -- This is a Shinto shrine that Rei (North American name: Raye) and her grandfather both live at, and maintain. (First Appearance Sailormoon Japanese Episode #10, North American Episode #7)

Hino Rei

Hino Ojii -- Rei's (North American name: Raye) grandfather. He lives at and runs the Hikawa Shrine. He is also one of the carriers of the Rainbow Crystals (Japanese name: Nijizuishou). His crystal is indigo. When Zoisite takes the crystal from him, he is turned into a monster (Japanese name: youma) named Pox (Japanese name: Jiji). The monster looks like a crazed red demon. (Sailormoon North American Episode #26, Japanses Episode #30)

Holy Grail -- This is the sacred cup that is very powerful and used by the Messiah. It's power is so great, it can destroy the world. It will only appear when the three Talismans are brought together.

Hotaru, Tomoe

House of Love Bracelets -- This a store that sells love bracelets that are the new 'in fad'. The store also gives classes on how to make the bracelets. Esmeraude (North American name: Emerald) uses the store to fill people with dark energy. (Sailormoon R Japanese Episode #77, North American Episode #70)
